Follow the above guidelines to know how much coconut oil to consume before each meal.   90-130 lbs – use 1 tablespoon coconut oil before each meal i.e. total of 3 tablespoons per day 131-180 lbs – use 1.5 tablespoon coconut oil before every meal i.e. total of 4.5 tablespoons per day more than 180 lbs – use 2 tablespoons of coconut oil before each meal i.e. 6 tbsp a day.   As coconut oil is the only oil to stay stable even when heated high, many people use solvents so better use high quality oil to avoid chemicals as far as possible. It is best to use virgin coconut oil that has many therapuetic benefits when it comes to weight loss. It also retains many of the nutrients as in the original coconut and no chemicals are used while processing.
